Information about Refunds
Please read the following note from Centre 200 regarding refunds for Nashville Nor’east:
Window Purchases by Cash, Debit or Credit
Centre 200 does not retain customer information for direct purchases, therefore, refunds must be done directly in person at the Centre 200 box office window by returning your tickets along with your method of payment (ie. Credit Card or Debit Card).
Internet/Online or Telephone Purchases
Your Credit Card will be refunded automatically, providing all the information is current. If your Credit Card information has changed since your original purchase, you must contact the Centre 200 box office at 902-564-2200.
DUE TO OUR CURRENT VOLUME OF REFUNDS, THIS PROCESS MAY TAKE A FEW DAYS; HOWEVER, WE ARE WORKING TO ENSURE YOUR REFUND IS PROCESSED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. REFUNDS ALSO TAKE A FEW DAYS FOR YOUR BANK/CC COMPANY TO HANDLE, SO THERE MAY BE A SHORT DELAY IN THE REFUND SHOWING UP ON YOUR STATEMENT. CENTRE 200 SINCERELY APOLOGIZES FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.
